Furthermore, as a participant in this session, I expect that what I discuss will be held in utmost confidence by the facilitator(s), except when the following legal limitations apply:

The participant expresses intent to harm themselves or another person.
There is reasonable suspicion that abuse or neglect toward a child, elder, or dependent adult has occurred.
When ordered by a court.

Finally, I agree to hold the Pet Loss Community's facilitators harmless from and against any and all liabilities.
